Sign-up Instructions...

Create your (n)velop Knowledge Engine account name. (Letters and numbers only, no spaces, maximum 30 characters.)
Complete the user profile registration form. (Red fields are required.)
If you have a Partner discount code, enter it in the Discount Code field at the bottom of the form.

After registering and creating your (n)velop Knowledge Engine account, you will be able to create as many online surveys and questionnaires as you like for free. (Fees are charged only for actual responses to your survey.)

If a discount code is being used, you will receive an email confirming acceptance by the Partner. If accepted, this email will include a confirmation code which you will need in order to activate your discounted rates. If the Partner does not approve your request, make sure that you have used the same email address that the Partner has on file. (Please contact the Partner directly if you feel that your request was rejected in error.)
